Looked Really Great for Refurbished!

I bought this a little over a month ago to replace my larger Kitchen Aid mixer. I needed a mixer, the holidays are approaching fast! I also ordered the glass bowl to go with it. So far everything is fine. The only thing is that when you call Kitchen Aid to order, they need to send you a receipt thru your email or in the shipping box! I got neither. My account was charged exactly as the representative stated. I'm happy.

I received this as a gift. I had been eying this model for its smaller footprint and work bowl size, for smaller batch items. I bake often and use my full sized 5.5qt often, and if you're debating between the two the 5.5 qt has far more power. This mini model works great for 6" cakes and frostings, but probably won't work for longer kneading and larger bread dough recipes. For that you need a 5.5 or 6 qt.

Small footprint

I bought the smaller 3.5 artisan mimic stand mixer for small household. Works great! Only drawback is it will not fit ice cream bowl. Looks gorgeous on the counter.
